All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
By uploading any photos or content to ListingLensVideo, you confirm and warrant that:

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Videos, captions, MLS descriptions, agent bios, and other content generated through our Service are owned by you. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
When you publish videos to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok, you are solely responsible for complying with those platforms terms of service and content policies. ListingLensVideo is not responsible for content removals, account suspensions, copyright claims, or any other actions taken by third-party platforms.
Background music available through our Service is licensed for use within videos created on our platform. However, third-party platforms including YouTube may independently identify and claim music through Content ID systems. ListingLensVideo is not responsible for any music-related copyright claims made by third-party platforms. We recommend reviewing music licensing terms before publishing to monetized platforms.
Different social media platforms impose their own video duration limits. For example, YouTube Shorts require videos to be 60 seconds or under. It is your responsibility to ensure your videos meet the requirements of the platforms where you intend to publish them. ListingLensVideo provides duration estimates to help you plan, but is not responsible for videos that do not meet third-party platform requirements.
The ListingLensVideo platform, including its design, logo, software, and content (excluding your uploaded content), is owned by ListingLensVideo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingLensVideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including copyright claims, platform takedowns, lost business, or reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ListingLensVideo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights related to photos or content you upload.
